Of a greedy landlord who never has enough

In a uniform of a brutal cop
In a suit of a greedy bureaucrat
Drunk deputy behind the wheel
A half-wit official, an arrogant prime minister
Once again police powers must be expanded
Create a more restrictive law
After all somebody must protect
These bloodsuckers from people
